The Weatherization Assistance Program empowers community organizations to help recipients make their homes more energy efficient
Pennsylvania’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) helps low-income households save energy, lower utility bills, and improve home comfort and safety. Funded by the U.S. Department of Energy and administered by DCED, WAP is delivered through local agencies in all 67 counties.
