Grant Closeout Requirements

If the amount of the Contract is less than $1,000,000, the grant contract will require that an acceptable Grant Closeout Report be submitted. Refer to the links below for the appropriate Closeout Report.

If the amount of the Contract is $1,000,000 or more, with or without matching funds, a final audit of the entire contract (Project Audit) is required. The state reserves the right for state agencies or their authorized representative to perform additional audits of a financial or performance nature if deemed necessary.
