PA Small Water and Sewer
Overview
The PA Small Water and Sewer Program was established pursuant to § 1774.1-A of the Act of April 25, 2016 (P.L.____, No. 25)(72 P.S. §1741-A.1 et. seq.), as amended, and authorizes the Commonwealth Financing Authority to award grants to municipalities and municipal authorities for water, sewer, storm water and flood control projects with a cost of not less than $30,000 and not more than $500,000.
Uses
Activities to assist with the construction, improvement, expansion, or rehabilitation or repair of a water supply system, sanitary sewer system, storm sewer system, or flood control projects.

Funding
Eligible projects are those which have a total project cost of not less than $30,000 and not more than $500,000.
