Community Services Block Grant Agency List

The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funding supports services designed to address the causes of poverty in local communities. These initiatives promote economic stability and security, healthy communities, and active community engagement to create opportunities and foster growth.

CSBG funds are allocated to 43 Community Action Agencies (CAA) across the Commonwealth. Use the table below to find your local CAA. Search by county, agency, or name. The CSBG Agency contact list is also available as an Excel document for download.
