COVID-19 Resources for Businesses, Communities, and Local GovernmentsA collection of COVID-19 resources.
Last updated 06.28.2021
The COVID-19 pandemic has been an unprecedented event that has impacted every part of the globe. All Pennsylvanians – businesses, communities, neighbors – have been affected and the Commonwealth has responded aggressively to the spread of COVID-19.
As of May 31, 2021, COVID-19 mitigation measures have been lifted in Pennsylvania.
Effective June 28, 2021, the masking order has been lifted. Even though the universal masking order has been lifted across PA, organizations, health care providers and other entities may maintain the option of requiring masks for employees, guests, and customers regardless of their vaccination status.
The Department of Health recommends that Pennsylvanians refer to CDC guidance and recommendations regarding ongoing COVID-19 safety measures and procedures. For the protection of themselves and others, individuals who have not yet been vaccinated or are partially vaccinated are still encouraged to wear a mask when in public.
The CDC requires individuals to wear a mask on planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling into, within, or out of the United States, and in U.S. transportation hubs, such as airports and stations.
To help our businesses, communities and local governments navigate the changing landscape, DCED is providing a round-up of resources and partners ready to help. Here you will find information about:
