Corporate Headquarters

The gateway to the northeast presents unmatched advantages for headquarters

A Location Primed for Your HQ

A company’s headquarters isn’t just another corporate location – it’s the strategic center of a business and contributes to both the identity of the company and the community in which it operates. It needs to be at a location that has geographic access to critical markets, offers a high quality of life and affordable cost of living, and can pull from a deeply talented workforce.

Pennsylvania meets all these demands and more. Located between the financial capital of New York City and the political capital of Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania also houses six international airports for easy access to markets both domestic and overseas. Our talent pipeline is fueled by world-class educational institutions like the University of Pennsylvania, Carnegie Mellon University, Penn State University, and the University of Pittsburgh. Dynamic cities from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia – and the smaller but equally vibrant cities and towns in between – offer dynamic, exciting places to live at a much lower cost than other major metropolitan areas in nearby states.

That’s why Pennsylvania is home to the headquarters of 24 companies on the Fortune 500 list including Comcast, AmerisourceBergen, Rite Aid, and PNC Financial Services Group. That’s the sixth-highest concentration in the nation.

The decision about where to locate a headquarters is a big one. But our team is here to assist. Learn about why Pennsylvania is the best place to lay down your company’s roots.
