Governor’s Office of Broadband Initiatives: Pennsylvania Broadband Investment Incentive Program. In addition, DCED administers several programs for which broadband deployment may be an eligible use. Click on the name of a program to learn about its eligibility requirements and program guidelines.

Assistance with broadband deployment in connection with transportation projects may also be available from the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Bank, a program of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

Questions about your broadband service?

If you believe that your broadband service or provider is not meeting the requirements of state law, please contact the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Consumers may also be able to obtain assistance from the Office of Consumer Advocate, and small businesses may also be able to obtain assistance from the Office of Small Business Advocate.
