Weatherization Extranet

In an effort to streamline communication from the state’s weatherization office, the Center for Community Services has created an “Extranet” that is the primary repository for all weatherization-related information. The Extranet contains all current and new Directives, the State Plan, necessary forms, financial information, reporting requirements, frequently asked questions, agency contacts, and the latest news. Please visit the extranet for more information.

As the Extranet is not a public site, it will require users to login for access. Therefore, if an agency has an employee that does not have access, please have them follow the instructions below to register.

Creating a Universal Login Username for the State of Pennsylvania

1. Go to register

2. On the left side of the page, click on “Register.”

3. Complete the form for registration, using your business information as much as possible (business address, phone number, email address, etc.).

4. You must register only with an agency-provided email address. Email addresses not provided by agencies will be rejected.

5. Click “Register.”

6. You will be sent an email confirming your registration. Verify that the information in the email is correct.

7. Send the following information to the Center for Community Services email address.
   

   • a. Name (First and Last)
   • b. Username
   • c. Agency Name
   • d. Email Address
   • e. Phone Number
